Terms and Conditions

• Your personal information collected in the process of registration will be kept confidential. Pioneer Academy Limited (Pioneer Academy below) will only use your personal information for course registration purpose and will not pass to third party.
• Pioneer Academy reserves the right to cancel the course without prior notice.
• If the course is cancelled, you will be refunded the registration cost in full.
• If you are unable to attend the course, you must cancel your registration via email or Whatsapp. A transfer of registration is possible up to two weeks prior to the course date.
• Cancellation of your registration up to two weeks prior to the course date will incur a $HKD 500 administration fee.
• Cost of registration will not be refunded for cancellation of registration within two weeks of the course date.
• All course participants should hold current Personal and Professional Liability Insurance, as this course includes practical components. Pioneer Academy is not responsible for any injury or loss of property during the course.
